My work as a licensed mental health counselor is guided by a deep respect for the complexity of the human experience and a strong foundation in clinical theory and practice. I have provided psychotherapy to adults across a range of settings, including private practice and community-based mental health, with a focus on culturally responsive, insight-oriented care.
Before entering the mental health field, I cultivated a diverse professional background that enriched my ability to connect with others—spanning client-focused roles in the creative arts, health and wellness, and high-level client relations including NYC real estate sales as well as life coaching. These early experiences sharpened my capacity for presence, empathy, and attuned communication—skills that now strengthen the therapeutic relationships I build with clients.
Today, I run an independent psychotherapy practice, supporting individuals across New York State with compassion, insight, and a personalized, collaborative approach to healing.
